I’m a civil engineer with over 15 years of experience in construction, quality assurance, and site inspections. I am also registered as a Class 1 Building Inspector with the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) in England, working within the regulated inspection framework.
I’ve worked on residential building projects, high-rise developments, renovations, and quality control roles, giving me a trained eye for spotting defects, poor workmanship, and hidden issues that others might miss.
